She has been Head of the Nutrition and Biochemistry Departments in, and lectured extensively at, several Naturopathic, Nutritional, Chiropractic and Osteopathic Colleges, both in Australia and England.
Dr. Arthur Yin Fan is thefounder and president of Virginia Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, VITCM.A licensed acupuncturist (LAc) in Virginia and Washington DC ,also a Chinese medicine doctor who practices herbology, Tuina, teaches Tai Chi.

Formerly Dean, College of Public Health of Chulalongkorn University Bangkok, Thailand and Adviser to Minister of Public Health, the Royal Thai Government; Dr. Samlee Plianbangchang had also been serving Deputy Regional Director and Director, Programme Management of the World Health Organization Regional Office for South-East Asia.
